Informing people that Chamberlin will be in Washington for a few days to speak on a panel at the annual meeting of the National Council of Community Mental Health Centers. While there Chamberlin would like to meet with her correspondents and ex-patients to talk about trying to start an ex-patients' organization in Washington.
