Chamberlin believes that some important topics were left out of the discussion in Moyer's report "Anyplace But Here." Chamberlin takes issue with the way psychiatric drugs were presented in the show as positive and a force for good, questions the idea of mental illness itself, and the omission of the idea of patients coming together to help themselves. Chamberlin says that the mental patients' liberation movement is almost always ignored by media and mentions her book, "On Our Own", as a source to begin learning about the movement.
