The Massachusetts Council of Organizations of the Handicapped has learned that the Quincy Housing Authority is contemplating a program of specialized housing for people with physical disabilities. The Council would like to meet with the Quincy Housing Authority so that they can share the expertise they have gained through inspections of other specialized facilities, conducting a survey of the housing needs of people with physical disabilities in Massachusetts, and participated in local and national meetings on the subject.
