Thanking Musser for informing Reich that a grant has been approved for the National Paraplegia Foundation to hire two Harvard Business School students to prepare a management study on "how the problem of spinal cord injury should be solved in a region of the country." Elmer C. Bartels will provide general direction and supervision of the project which is expected to be completed in September. Reich says that will welcome Musser's suggestions in extending the study.
