Elmer C. Bartels requested that Barrie work with Dean John Selier of the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration to work out a solution for Akpe's housing problem during attendance to the school. Barrie asks for a copy of Akpe's discharge report from Ranchos Los Amigos in order to more effectively judge how his needs will be fulfilled when he attends the school.
