Deed from Mary Russell of Cambridge, to her "grandson's Jason Russell, (only son of Hubbard Russell deceas'd) and Jason Dunster youngest son of Henry Dunster," of a piece of land in Cambridge, "estimation four aceres.. bounded, Southerly on alway?, Westerly by Joseph Adams's Land, Northerly by Concord Road, and Easterly by the land of Jason Russell Deceased, to be equally divided between of said Jason Russell and Jason Dunster.. after my Decease." Witnessed September 26, 1737, signed by Mary Russell December 30, 1737. Found in unlabeled box containing other deeds, July 2021.
