Memorandum from Mark H. McCormack to Arthur J. Lafave, Jr.
Description:
McCormack explains to Arthur J. Lafave, Jr. that the attached memo reemphasizes to him how little he knows about this PVH situation. He would like to get a corporate stance organized during Lafave's visit to New York next week so they all know how they are going to proceed. Attached is a memo from Arnold Schoenfeld to H. Richard Isaacson providing the conclusions he has reached after having read Isaacson's memo and the saga prepared by Alan Flusser, and having sent Isaacson a memo regarding his telephone conversation with Larry Phillips.
