McCormack thanks Chester "Chet" Guy for his recent fax and indicates that he's not sure how they might be of assistance in connection with Guy's proposed joint venture but suggests they discuss this further at some point. Attached is a letter from Guy to McCormack indicating that he attempted to call McCormack about a possible joint venture project he was considering with a company in the United Kingdom called Eclipse Litho. The project would involve a magazine production type company being established in Miami. Guy expresses interest in meeting with McCormack to discuss this idea.
