McCormack sends Peter Smith a copy of the draft of Sean McManus' letter to Gerry Smith and indicates that he has dictated a fax to McManus which Penny will send unless Peter Smith has some "dramatic problems" with the letter. He asks Smith to give Penny his thoughts. Attached is the draft of a letter from McManus to Gerry Smith in which McManus outlines a proposal for Trans World International to work with WTA to further develop the exposure of women's tennis in the United States.
