McCormack thanks John B. Sunley for his letter of July 31 and indicates that, while it is true that International Management Group will be representing David Leadbetter, this representation will not commence until January of 1992. He notes that after January 1 he will be happy to discuss the contents of Sunley's letter with him. Attached is a letter from Sunley to McCormack making a case for why Lake Nona is an ideal location and environment for David Leadbetter. He asks McCormack to consider the points he makes and welcomes McCormack's suggestions for the best way to move forward. Also attached is a memorandum from William H. Carpenter to McCormack providing a draft of a possible letter from McCormack to Sunley.
