McCormack responds to John M. Lloyd and indicates that he was stunned by Lloyd's August 1, 1991 letter. He explains that he has shared a copy of this letter with Jeff Harvey who was also amazed at Lloyd's description of their second Wimbledon meeting, as they felt that Lloyd was pleased and had agreed to the scenario McCormack recounts involving a Wimbledon instructional video series and Lloyd's payment. McCormack points to sections of Lloyd's letter which he finds to be inaccurate and indicates that he is prepared to have another meeting with Lloyd at the U. S. Open to make a final effort to resolve this. Attached is a copy of Lloyd's letter along with correspondence between McCormack and Harvey pertaining to this letter.
