McCormack apologizes to George Wilson for taking so long to get him the information he requires with reference to the specific royalty figures on Japanese licensing for their first contract year, and that there has also been a delay in the trasmission of the monies. He explains an issue surrounding Dentsu, as well as other causes for the delay. He indicates that when they meet in December, he will have with him a check for the Japanese minimum guarantee, specific sales figures for the first contract year and general estimates for the second contract year so that all outstanding questions will be answered for the time being.
