McCormack provides Eric Drossart with the Hong Kong Classic budget which should be kept confidential. He notes that he is asking Bob Kain, Ian Todd and John Beddington to give Drossart any thoughts they have prior to his trip to Hong Kong to put a proposal to Ken Caton. McCormack indicates that he thinks the potential in Hong Kong is incredible for them.
