Letter from Gary Gappert, Ph.D. to Mark H. McCormack
Description:
Gary Gappert writes McCormack to see if he would be interested in the International Olympics of the Mind, an intellectual sporting event which has been featured by both Bill Moyers and Walter Cronkite on national television. Gappert explains that they are hosting the event in Ohio in April as well as the National Finals at the end of May 1984. He encloses a copy of the poster from the competition last year and notes that with the new national concern about educational excellence it might be worthwhile to think about national television coverage of the event. He asks McCormack to call if this is a project that might be of interest to him. Enclosure not with letter.
