Our Home: An Eastie Community Archiving Project is a collaboration between East Boston residents; the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston; artist Anthony Romero; Northeastern's NULawLab; and area nonprofits, which aims to highlight East Boston's activist past. For two events hosted by the ICA and ZUMIX in August and September of 2019, East Boston residents were invited to bring in a personal object of their choosing that they would like to be scanned, cataloged, and made publicly available as part of a developing East Boston Community Archive at Northeastern University's Archives and Special Collections. Metadata for this record was derived from forms submitted with each item by donors who participated in these events.
