Found in archives on cabinet shelf in 2009. Leatheretts covering gone from one side and hanging loosely on other; lense marking:"Marchand."; leather strap. On necks inscribed: "U.S. Signal Service" (on left) and "Day and Night" (on right). Thin leather neck strap attached.
