Standing, first row: Four unknown, Poli Bruno, 3 unknown, Bill Butler. On top of cab: Clarence Man. Standing at extreme left, back row: perhaps: George Jones, Art Haskell or Lou Kilmer, 2 unknown, John Jaynes. Taken in front of Graham House, Main St., Lee, MA.
John Jaynes and Martin Hussey were both burned so badly when the Mountain Mill truck was burned, following an explosion when they, with George Jones, were emptying a 5-gal. can of gas in it, aided with lanterns. Within hours, Jaynes and Hussey were dead. July 4, 1913. Jaynes was 40 and Hussey, 26.
