Under the probation, Sachs will be permitted to drive in USAC races if he can hold his tongue. He was called in, Binford said, for questioning USAC officials' integrity. Sachs Contended winner Parnelli Jones should have been flagged off the track when Jones' car began throwing oil late in t he race.
