Additional text on item: Cambridge, Mass. Washington's headquarters and the home of nine presidents of Harvard College. The Wadsworth house on Harvard Square, the second oldest university house in Cambridge. Washington used it as his headquarters after he had taken command of the colonial forces. Late it was the home of presidents, Wadsworth, Holyoke, Looke, Langdon, Willard, Webber, Kirkland, Quinoy and Everett.
