Leaving this week for Briarcliff Junior College, Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., are ten Boston debutantes. Next Wednesday they'll meet their classmates and instructors at a college tea given in honor of the freshman class. They'll also attend a reception Saturday evening. Sept. 29, given by Mrs. Ordway Tead, president of the college. Sally Lee Cave, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Edwin F. Cave of Chestnut Hill, will major in voice, leading to the degree of Associate in Applied Science. General Liberal Arts majors will be Mary Markle Pierce, daughter of the Wallace L. Pierces of Chestnut Hill, Heidi Sears, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel P. Sears of Chestnut Hill, Arrel Parson, daughter of the George A. Parson of Louisburg Square, and Juliet Henry, whose parents are the James B. Henrys of Wellesley Hills. Majoring in Child Development are Harriet Daniels, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rexford Daniels of Concord, and Barbara Elliott daughter of the Byron K. Elliots of Needham. Anne Jolpin, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Robert J. Joplin of Chestnut Hill, will major in Nursing.
