Description:
James C. White writes to Amos A. Phelps about his efforts to not give up on the antislavery paper. He makes a few suggestions for Phelps to establish a new paper. He writes, "I purpose that vigorous efforts be made in the way of sending our private circulous & public advertisements...to every park of, and to every man in N.E. who would be at all likely to aid in receiving a subscription list."
