In this letter to William Lloyd Garrison, George Thompson discusses his upcoming schedule and his plans to visit Cincinnati, Cleveland, Chicago, & Oberlin before going to St. Louis. He asks Garrison for his thoughts on his plans and to send his opinions to Oliver Johnson. Thompson promises to "regulate my proceedings according to the advice I get from you" and says he will travel the next day to Syracuse and see Samuel Joseph May.
