Description:
Henry Vincent writes to William Lloyd Garrison sending him part of a letter he "just received from Samuel Watts Esq. of Manchester who was chairman of the 'Union and Emancipation Society' during your rebellion." Vincent provides Watts' address and encourages Garrison to write to him and "say you regret you cannot see him." The second leaf contains the excerpt from Watts who asks when Garrison is coming to Manchester because he "should like to see him if he has time to call to receive one of our Union & Emancipation fight[s]."
