Building: Chemical B
Newton's Chemical B (later Hose Company No. 9) Fire Station was built in 1902 at 80 Manet Road in Chestnut Hill. The two-and-a-half-story brick building has a pyramidal, slate-covered hipped roof and a copper cupola, which held a fire bell. The building was later converted to private residences.
