Description:
Nathaniel B. Borden writes to Amos A. Phelps that he enclosed the information asked by Phelps in a package. He says that the abolition question does not bring much excitement in the House of Representatives. He also says that, “[w]ith regard to the news of the Executive upon the subject of the annexation of Texas, nothing is known that has not been laid before the public.“
