Birthplace of Samuel F. B. Morse. Main Street, corner of Hathor Square. His father, Rev. Jedediah Morse, was pastor of the First Parish here from 1789 to 1819, and a leader in the founding of Andover Theological Seminary and in defence of Trinitarianism against the strong current of N.
