Flashy Newcomer--Dave Sime, Duke University sophomore, proved to be a flashy newcomer in the field of sprint champions last night with a triple victory in the annual Star Games. Running the 70-yard dash in a flat seven seconds and sprinting to an 80-yard victory in eight seconds even, he went on to establish a new U.S. indoor mark in the 100-yard dash with a time of 9.5 seconds, He left no doubt as to the recipient of the Exchange Club Trophy, which he holds, awarded to the top point winner in the three sprint events.
