Typed on back: WPA, OP, No. 65-1-14-346. Ramp on center line built by Commission-owned bulldozer for access road. Timber used for temporary storage of pipe from delivery truck. Note sledge in front of parked automobile which is used with tractor for hauling pipe from this point
