Letter from Samuel May, Boston, to Charles Calistus Burleigh, April 1, 1860
Description:
May discusses various details connected with the annual report. He does not think that the "National Anti-Slavery Standard" should contain all the material necessary to the annual report of the American Anti-Slavery Society as there would not be enough space in the journal to accommodate the lengthy report. May adds that he arranged for the printers, Prentiss and Deland of Boston, to send the proofs to Burleigh at Florence.
