New Meter Maids in Blue - Mayor Kevin White pins meter maid badge on Ann Marie Cidlevich at ceremony at Boston City Hall. All decked out in their pretty blue uniforms, 37 of the ticket-writing ladies (some are shown above) accepted their diplomas and were dispatched to the three districts to do their stuff.
