Text from item: "Alert America" Exhibit opens. At the First Corps Cadet Armory February 21, Mayor John B. Hynes officially opened the "Alert America" exhibit. The exhibit is on a nationwide tour to spearhead a national Civil Defense campaign. Viewing one of the exhibits are: Mr. A.A. Morrissette, deputy regional director, Federal CD Administration; Mayor Hynes; Col. Albert S. Baker, commanding officer, Fort Banks; and Col. Paul D. Sherman, commanding officer, Marine Corps Barracks, Boston.
