Typed on back: General view looking northerly from west end of highway bridge. Culvert bypass in left foreground and center background. Former bed of mill pond partially stripped of mud and sawdust in center foreground and background. Height of finished embankment in center line of baffle to be 86+/- feet above top of bypass culvert. A 3/4 cubic yd. Koehring gas-driven concrete mixer used for bypass culvert together with chute in left center. Concrete distributing platform may be seen left of culvert. Buggies were used to distribute concrete.
