Salmon White, Jr. house. 98 Chestnut Plain. Added to the file is a more recent and longer house history compiled by Dereka Smith, archivist for the WHS. This is a Howes Brother's photograph and it is believed that the women outside the house are Christine Lippett Kennedy, age about 20 and her mother, Catherine Lippett. The photo taken on 20 June 1900 by Steve Calderone was part of a "Then and Now" Project. At the time the house was vacant. It was taken down in September 2004 or 2005.
