Calvin Barber writes to Amos A. Phelps regarding a financial obligation Phelps’s mother gave him years ago for some service performed. On another page of the same sheet, Barber writes again asking Phelps to visit the office of the American Peace Society and settle Barber’s account with them. On the bottom of the page, Phelps writes on February 9th that he paid $4 and sent the receipt to Barber.
