The buildings shown are the Hopkinton Town Hall, the Brown & Smith general store, and the Hopkinton Savings Bank. A line of cars are parked in front of them. Hopkinton Savings Bank was later purchased by and absorbed into Middlesex/Metro West Savings Bank, which currently has a location at the same spot. The postcard has not been filled out, and was published by American Art Postcard Co. of Boston, MA. It bears the brand name "PhotoLux."
