No Sitter Problem Mrs. Carole Joe Skala of Roseburg, Ore., had the solution to her baby-sitting problem during the Pacific Northwest Golf Association tourney in Seattle yesterday. She simply toted 14-month-old daughter, Karen, around the course in this special seat on her golf cart. Karen enjoyed the ride, and mother was not distracted during game. She fired a 76 to become second low qualifier with a total of 153.
