Mrs. Arthur Lithgow Devens. Arthur Devens graduated from Harvard in 1840, admitted to the bar, 1842, agent for the Otis Manufacturing Co., partner in J.W. Page and Co. of Boston and treasurer of Hamilton Manufacturing Co. Edward Stieglitz listed their daughter, Mary, as one of the ten most prominent American pictorial photographers in an article in Century Magazine. Agnes is the daughter of Abijah and Ann Maria (Howard) White 1829-1914.
