Caption: Boston police are in great shape! - The newest uniformed members of the Boston Police Department listen as Mayor Kevin White addresses their graduation class at the Police Academy. Their uniform consists of a navy blue double knit dress, topped off by an Irish derby, also blue. However when they go on duty starting next Monday, they can wear blue slacks if they prefer. The girls were assigned to Divisions Four and One.
