Teens for Decency--More than 10,000 young people from six states gathered at Cincinnati Gardens today in a "Teens For Decency" rally. Four Roman Catholic nuns were prominent among the youngsters as the rally was addressed by Ohio Gov. James Rhodes and Kentucky Gov. Louie Nunn. Pleding allegiance and singing the Star Sangled Banner, the group carried forward the peace theme in contrast to a rally in Baltimore, where violence erupted after 40,000 persons left Memorial Stadium.
