Herbert Witherspoon (1871-1935) was an American bass singer and opera manager. He performed with the Metropolitan Opera for six years and became the president of the Chicago Musical College in 1925. In 1930, he became the artistic director of the Chicago Civic Opera and, in 1931, he became president of the Cincinnati Conservatory.
