At Least They have Life Left -- Some of the few survivors of the tiny mining village of El Cobre, Chile, carry their few belongings from the earthquake and water-wrecked homes today. Only a handful of the 400 inhabitants survived the flood water after yesterday's earthquake burst a 230-foot-high dam and set millions of tons of water over the village. In the background is wreckage and a sea of mud.
