Title from item.
Additional text on item: Signs mean nothing to these motorists who are entering Cambridge from Somerville via Willow st., which was officially declared one way by the Cambridge City Council from the Cambridge-Somerville boundary line to Cambridge st. The Somerville aldermen refused to make the length of Willow st., which extends into that city, one way, which meant that motorists got half way along and found signs at the Cambridge line. They ignored them, however. In Cambridge, the street runs past a housing project which has 1100 children in it.
