Holograph, signed.
Richard D. Webb has a son "who is half demented about queer languages and out of the way corners of the earth." He wants a catalogue of the publications of the American Bible Society and is especially interested in Sandwich and Pelew Islands and Mexican Indians. He sends a message to Edmund Quincy that "De Quincy came & he shall be paid." He offers a contribution for the Liberty Bell, and gives directions for printing. [The 1851 or 1852 copy of the Liberty Bell contains "Expostulation," by Richard D. Webb.] He sends a slip from the Bristol Examiner for the Liberator.
This letter is written on the inside flap of an envelope addressed to Anne Warren Weston.
