United Nations, N.Y. --Indonesia wants Peking in U.N.-- Rosslan Abdulgani, Indonesia's delegate to the United Nations, tells the General Assembly today that Communist China should be seated in the U.N. as the lawful representative of the Chinese people. At the same time, he accused Peking of hostility. Abdulgani's brief speech amounted to only a mild plug for seating Red China and was in marked contrast to the vehement demands made in the past by Indonesia on behalf of the Chines Communists. It reflected the Jakarta government change after last year's Communist coup failed.
