Half of D4 torn away, repaired with cloth with losses replaced in pen facsimile. Portions of several pages printed lightly and overwritten in pen. All pen facsimile material in the same hand. Many outer margins reinforced. Armorial bookplate of Abram E. Cutter on front pastedown. Inscription ("Repaired in 1868") on verso of front free endpaper. Cutter's autograph on front flyleaf recto. The name "John Simpson" in an early hand in the margins of K1 recto. "1656 Eliabeth Pool H[is?] Booke" inscribed in lower margin of O8 and trimmed away. Early ownership inscription, faded to illegibility, on O8 verso.
