The famous sculpture Carrier-Belleuse works on two sculptures simultaneously. Daumier’s lithograph which appeared in Le Boulevard of May 24, 1863 can be considered very rare. The original drawing of Carrier-Belleuse, a donation by C.R.Marx, can be seen today in the Louvre.
