For the UCLA Contemporary Music Festival, Henri Lazarof served as the Artistic Director and set out to give a wide scope of the changing aesthetic of 20th century music. This poster is from the 1973-74 festival. From the program, we see that Lazarof retained his connection to Brandeis University. Arthur Berger, Irving Fine Professor of Music at Brandeis University, attended the festival and had his works performed.
