Description:
Morris L. Ernst was a prominent American lawyer who represented the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Throughout his career, he defended the rights of Americans to privacy and the freedom of censorship. In this letter to Lovett, Ernst provides some suggestions. He claims that the National Sacco-Vanzetti League immediately sent out an appeal for funds specifically for getting the complete record printed. Ernst also suggests saving funds to get the report published by a publishing house and that Carl Llewellyn be an editor.
