Photocopy of a document included with Cornicelli's diary kept during his service as Secretary-Aide to Army Commander in Chief, General Lanusse. Telling Levingston about the results of his meeting with OnganÍa on April 30. Lanusse states that the army is loyal to the President, but acknowledges the existence of problems in his government. He refers to unsuccessful attempts of destabilizing the government by factions inside army.
