Regarding domestic psychiatric abuse in the form of the "fitness for duty examinations" by government agencies which are used as a means of intimidating those who question workplace practices. Weiss references the case of Aquilla Fitzgerald, a federal employee, being found mentally unfit for work, which led to her founding the organization Americans Against Psychiatric and Psychological Abuse. He believes that this method constitutes a violation of civil rights and that they require investigation.
